My Bio
Over Winter break of 2009-2010, I decided to try to learn to draw cartoons, so here I am. I use an all-digital and open source workflow (GIMP, Inkscape, GNU/Linux) with a Wacom Cintiq. Lately I have also been experimenting with AI augmented art, and have set up a small 16 GPU cluster (288 GB VRAM total, AMD Instinct MI25 and MI60s) to support machine learning experiments with large language models and image generation models.
In my professional life, I am a physician and biomedical engineer with a background in optimization metaheuristics and optical wavefront engineering.
